Job Summary:
Our Denver, Colorado distribution center is seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our growing logistics team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from our warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your daily tasks will include using handheld scanners or pick sheets to locate products, ensuring the correct items and quantities are picked, and preparing them for the packing and shipping process. This position requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work at a steady pace, and a strong commitment to accuracy. You'll be navigating our warehouse floor, so physical stamina is important, including the ability to perform lifting. Safety is our top priority; therefore, you must adhere to all company safety regulations and consistently use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick tickets.
  • Verify product codes and quantities for each order.
  • Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and procedures.
  • Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation activities.
  • Understand and follow warehouse logistics and workflow processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous order picking experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to perform lifting of up to 45 lbs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for long shifts.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
