Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
- Manage inventory levels, receiving, and shipping processes.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve operational issues and conflicts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Implement and improve logistics and inventory control strategies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce PPE compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures, including PPE.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in inventory control techniques.
