Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently according to guidelines.
- Label packages for shipment and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a demanding environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
