Job Summary:
Become a Warehouse Associate in our dynamic facility in Austin, Texas! This role is key to our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of goods. You will perform a range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A dedication to accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to Safety are essential for success in this position. We expect all associates to follow all company guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Put away received goods accurately into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick customer orders utilizing pick lists and/or scanning technology.
  • Pack orders securely and appropriately for transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
  • Strictly adhere to all Safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Wear and utilize all required PPE correctly throughout the shift.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management to support logistics accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
