Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Worker in sunny Orlando, Florida! We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to contribute to our fast-paced warehouse operations. Your primary duties will involve handling a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. This role is foundational to our logistics success, ensuring that goods move efficiently and accurately through our facility. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and we require all employees to be diligent in following established protocols and using the necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Ensure the proper use of required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including substantial Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
