About
Join our vibrant warehouse team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Picker/Packer! This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail will directly impact customer satisfaction. You'll work with a variety of products, utilizing scanning technology and following established procedures to ensure orders are accurate and timely. Safety is a top priority, and you'll be expected to adhere to all guidelines, including the proper use of PPE. This position is fundamental to our overall logistics operation.Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using a pick list or RF scanner.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verifying order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Identifying and reporting any damaged or missing items.
- Loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Following all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Practicing safe lifting techniques for various items.
- Contributing to the smooth functioning of our logistics hub.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order details.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform lifting tasks (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
