This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that goods are handled, stored, and dispatched correctly. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The successful candidate will be adept at physical tasks, comfortable with lifting , and committed to following all safety regulations. We provide all necessary PPE and comprehensive training. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Store and organize inventory within the warehouse using appropriate methods.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all shipments are properly labeled and prepared for dispatch.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE at all times.
- Support the broader logistics operations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and using PPE .
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
