We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped with efficiency and care. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory with attention to detail.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (after proper training and certification).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those regarding PPE and workplace conduct.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support overall operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
