About
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position involves a variety of tasks within our warehouse environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels.
- Process shipments and ensure proper labeling.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support smooth logistics flow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE. Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial. Must be reliable and punctual.
