Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Distribution Center Associate for our San Antonio, Texas location. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring that goods are processed efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. You will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, picking items for orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for outgoing logistics. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and all associates must adhere to company policies, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This physically demanding position requires the ability to perform substantial Lifting of inventory items, with training provided on safe lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
  • Accurately stock received inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as required (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
  • Participate in regular inventory cycle counts.
  • Follow all company procedures, especially concerning Safety and PPE.
  • Perform tasks involving routine Lifting and moving of products (up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
  • Physical ability to handle frequent Lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication abilities.
  • Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory flow.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Willingness to wear and use all necessary PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual.
