About
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our growing logistics operation in Provo, Utah. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in the efficient processing of customer orders by accurately retrieving items from our warehouse inventory. Your precision and speed directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our distribution efforts. This role requires focus, physical stamina, and a dedication to Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from various warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order requirements before proceeding.
- Ensure picked items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Stage picked orders in designated areas for packing and shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area to facilitate efficient operations.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting devices as necessary.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Contribute to a productive and positive work environment.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or stock discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order picking or a warehouse setting is preferred. Must be able to perform moderate Lifting, up to 50 pounds. Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail are crucial. Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices. Must adhere to all PPE requirements. This position is integral to our Logistics chain and requires reliability. Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
