Join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado as a Material Handler! We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to assist in the efficient movement and organization of materials within our state-of-the-art warehouse. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and precision from receipt to dispatch. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, stocking, and preparing materials for shipment. A strong commitment to safety and efficient workflow is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages.
- Unpack, sort, and stage materials for put-away or processing.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent tracking and reporting.
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Understanding of basic inventory principles. Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices. Must be willing to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests. Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
