About
Our Boston, Massachusetts location has an opening for a dedicated Inventory Control Specialist. This role is fundamental to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. The primary focus is on managing and controlling inventory levels through various methods, including cycle counting, stock audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving inventory variances, implementing stock adjustments, and ensuring adherence to established inventory control procedures. This position requires a sharp, analytical mind and exceptional organizational skills, crucial for effective **Logistics** management. We prioritize **Safety** above all else; all employees are expected to follow strict **Safety** protocols and utilize the necessary **PPE** during all tasks. While not the primary focus, some tasks may require **Lifting** of inventory items, typically up to 30 pounds. You will play a key role in optimizing storage space, ensuring product traceability, and supporting the receiving and shipping departments by providing accurate inventory data. Experience with inventory management software and RF scanners is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
