Job Summary:
Join our growing team in Seattle, Washington as an Order Picker! This critical role ensures that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, using scanning technology to locate and retrieve specified items, and ensuring they are ready for the packing and shipping stages. Your attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics . We are deeply committed to the Safety of our employees, requiring strict adherence to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of provided PPE . This position requires stamina, involving considerable walking and standing throughout the shift, as well as the ability to perform moderate Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
  • Stage picked items for quality control and packing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory checks as needed.
  • Follow all established warehouse procedures and work instructions.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and protocols.
  • Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including extensive walking, standing, and Lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse environments and basic logistics processes.
