Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery.
- Replenish stock levels and maintain organization in assigned warehouse areas.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
- Follow all company safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational needs.
- Support overall logistics efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
- Capability to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a physically active and sometimes demanding role.
- Dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment and proper PPE usage.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and punctual attendance record.
