Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or Logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent Lifting (up to 55 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper PPE usage.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Reliability and punctuality.
