Protective Services Officer

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
• Use surveillance techniques, including infrared scopes during night operations, to prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers.

A successful candidate must possess analytical skills and be able to interpret physical evidence effectively. They should also have strong communication abilities for working with other law enforcement agencies.
