We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customs and Border Protection Officers. As a CBPO, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our nation's borders, enforcing customs laws, and facilitating international trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce customs laws and regulations at ports of entry
- Carry out inspections of individuals, vehicles, and cargo to prevent the smuggling of prohibited goods
- Detecting security threats to national interests while ensuring legitimate trade flows unimpeded
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, possess strong analytical abilities & adept at making sound judgment decisions quickly under pressure.
The position entails working independently yet collaborating closely with colleagues across departments.
