The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking highly skilled individuals to join its team of dedicated professionals in safeguarding America’s borders.
Job Responsibilities
The CBPO will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations. This includes facilitating legitimate trade and travel while preventing illicit activity such as smuggling contraband or violating immigration rules.
- Detecting suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws using proper law enforcement methods.
- Enforcing importing/exporting regulations to ensure compliance with international shipping procedures.
You will also utilize intelligence techniques to identify potential threats to national security.
Duty Locations & Incentives Certain duty locations offer recruitment incentives up to $15,000 per year for those willing to serve in areas like Arizona, California, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota,Montana.NewYork,NorthDakota,Vermont,Washington.
