About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Cross-Border Security Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our borders and ensuring the security of our nation.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations.
- Facilitate the flow of legitimate trade and travel while preventing illicit activity.
The position involves conducting inspections, making determinations regarding admissibility, and working closely with other agencies to ensure effective border management.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
have strong observational techniques, evaluate facts accurately,
appl
documentation under Federal State or local laws ®ulations,makes decisions that may result in arrests seizure fines penalties based on findings.
Pursuing further studies after successfully completing an associate's degree at any accredited institution; OR completion at least one year specialized full-time equivalent grade level senior has minimum two (two) years related experience requirement evaluation case assessments statements;
or demonstrating relevant competence education possibly accepted (")industry established accreditation),
