As an Activities Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the efficient operation of all activities in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families Departments within your DL Club.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the entire club.
• Recruit, train, and empower your team to ensure they bring their A-game every day, delivering an exceptional experience to our members.

As our Activities Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Has led a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
• Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Has experience in financial planning and management.
• Is passionate about customer service.
