Work with global teams to revolutionize payroll localization and enhance customer experiences worldwide. This is your chance to get hands-on experience in designing and developing both traditional and AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product managers and architects to design and implement new features. Develop scalable, cloud-based applications using VBCS Redwood UI, JavaScript, Java, REST services, and AI Agents. Analyze and integrate customer specifications, specifying, designing, and implementing changes to software architecture. Create and execute unit tests and unit test plans to ensure robust application performance. Communicate effectively with QA and engineering teams to discuss major functionality changes. Lead the integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless functionality. Drive the adoption of best practices across the team and organization. Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning within the HCM team. Qualifications: Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JavaScript frameworks, and PLSQL. Experience with major cloud vendors like OCI, AWS, or Azure. Expertise in system-level design, service-oriented architecture, and web services (REST/SOAP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with integration technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with critical market timelines. Exposure to AI and hands-on experience in AI agent development. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with developing Payroll Applications. Knowledge of DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins, and Docker. Understanding of design patterns. Location:
