Our Analytics Cloud business platform offers a comprehensive suite of analytical and reporting tools. As part of this team, you will apply your software development expertise to tackle tasks related to the creation, debugging, and design of enterprise-class software applications. Collaborating within a successful product development team using agile methodologies, you will support, debug, and propose solutions, actively participating in initiatives that analyze root causes and recommend effective solutions in a timely manner. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy resolving enterprise-grade cloud service challenges through coding. We have a product code that spans all components of a complex multi-tier distributed environment. Responsibilities: What You'll Bring: To be considered for the Java Software Engineer role in Oracle Health and Analytics, you must meet the following Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs): Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, which means that Oracle is unable to offer US immigration sponsorship now or in the future. A completed Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field by August 2026. Proficient in Java and able to independently complete coding projects. Proficient in at least two additional programming languages, such as: JavaScript/Typescript SQL HTML/CSS Python Ability to implement complex algorithms and data structures in high-quality systems. Demonstrated experience (projects, internships, coursework, research) in three or more of the following areas: Object Oriented Design Microservices Container Architecture (Docker/Kubernetes) Machine Learning/AI Operating Systems Cloud Computing Multithreading Distributed Systems Database Web Development Web Services User Interface Design Completion of at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience in relevant areas. Residing in the United States or attending a university in the US. Able to secure work authorization for 2026. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum GPA of 3.0 Disclaimer: Some customer-facing roles may require compliance with applicable immunization and occupational health mandates. Compensation: US hiring range: $68,500 to $158,200 per annum, potentially including bonuses and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to reflect variations in experience and market conditions.
