We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect – Quadient to support rapid organizational growth and lead enterprise-scale Customer Communications Management (CCM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in the Quadient Inspire suite, architecture design, and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance document solutions.

This role requires technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to oversee end-to-end solution delivery across distributed teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable, and high-performing document composition solutions.
  • Lead technical design discussions and provide architecture sign-off for Quadient Inspire implementations.
  • Provide technical governance and leadership to onshore and offshore development teams.
  • Own effort estimation, solution sizing, and technical risk assessment for project initiatives.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Quadient and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and Quadient implementation guidelines.
  • Oversee solution quality assurance, performance optimization, and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and client teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Travel to client locations as required for workshops, requirement gathering, design sessions, and project milestones.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire suite.
  • Solid understanding of CCM principles, document composition, data mapping, and output management.
  • Experience working closely with solution architects and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to provide accurate development estimates and contribute to project planning.
  • Proficiency in scripting and related technologies such as JSON, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
  • Experience integrating Quadient with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading offshore development teams.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Good to Have
  • Industry experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prior consulting or customer-facing experience.
