Roofing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead residential roofing crews in Saanich, British Columbia. The Roofing Foreman will supervise crews, coordinate jobsite activities, and ensure all roofing projects meet high-quality and safety standards.

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on active residential job sites.
• Perform hands-on roofing work including tear-offs, installations, and repairs.
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment to maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members on proper roofing techniques.
• Communicate job progress, challenges, and scheduling needs with management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential roofing with prior leadership or foreman responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and execute work orders accurately.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity on every project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
