Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Webflow designer and front-end developer to design and build a high-quality, production-ready marketing website for a startup SaaS company in the Cloud Contact Center space.
We seek an ongoing partner who can work with us to grow the site iteratively from design, to go live and then expansion.
This role requires both strong visual design capability and solid technical Webflow implementation skills. The successful candidate must be able to translate complex technical messaging into a clean, modern, enterprise-grade SaaS web experience.
This is not a template-driven project. We are looking for a custom-designed site with strong UX thinking, excellent typography, and professional layout structure suitable for a B2B technology audience.
Phase 1 - Scope of Work
-Design and build a single HOME PAGE for the site.
-Create a custom layout aligned to modern SaaS design standards, that we can translate into a design system to use across the rest of the site. Working across Figma and Webflow to
-We will provide framework copy for the site, we are looking for skilled design to translate supplied content and messaging into structured visual sections.
-Implement responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
-Ensure clean Webflow class structure and scalable build methodology
-Optimise for performance and fast page load
-Prepare the page for future CMS expansion if required
-Be capable of building content assets for the site, Lottie animation skills are of benefit, translating UI figma files into small micro animations.
The designer/developer should be comfortable handling both:
-Visual design decisions
-Webflow front-end build and implementation

It is a cloud-based contact centre platform designed for enterprise organisations. The platform combines AI-driven automation, analytics, and omnichannel communications to help businesses improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
The website must communicate:
-Enterprise credibility
-Technical sophistication
-AI-driven innovation
-Professional SaaS positioning
The visual style should feel modern, premium, and clean rather than playful or startup-consumer focused.
Design Expectations
-We are specifically looking for someone with:
-Strong SaaS / B2B technology website experience
-Excellent typography and layout skills
-Ability to structure complex technical information clearly
-Understanding of modern UI spacing, grid systems, and hierarchy
-Ability to design sections such as feature breakdowns, architecture diagrams, and technical capability summaries
The finished result should be comparable in quality to leading enterprise SaaS marketing sites in same niche: , ,
Template-style layouts or generic theme builds are not suitable for this project.
Technical Requirements
-Must build directly in Webflow (not export from another builder)
-Must follow clean, scalable class naming conventions
-Must use proper responsive breakpoints
-Must ensure cross-browser compatibility
-Should follow accessibility best practices where possible
-Must be fast and SEO optimised
-Bonus (not mandatory but highly valued):
-Experience implementing animation or subtle motion effects in Webflow, Animations, Lottie etc
-Experience designing technical SaaS product pages
-Experience working with brand guidelines
Inputs Provided
We will supply:
-Brand colours and typography guidance
-Product messaging and written content
-Example reference websites for design direction
-Logo and visual assets
You will be responsible for translating these into a polished final page design and build.
Deliverable - Phase 1
-Fully designed and built Webflow page (Homepage)
- Working from a design system that can be rolled out across future pages + phases
-Responsive across devices
-Ready for production use
-Cleanly structured for future expansion
Additional Phases will commence immediately after correct partner and design system / aesthetic has been established.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 10 hours per week.
