Fully remote marketing agency working primarily with U.S.-based clients across healthcare, lifestyle, and service industries. As our ads division continues to scale, we are expanding our creative team and looking for someone who understands performance-driven design, not just aesthetics.
This role focuses specifically on designing static and light-motion creatives for paid social campaigns.
Responsibilities
Design high-converting static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Create multiple variations based on creative direction and performance goals
Follow brand guidelines while applying conversion-focused design thinking
Work from structured briefs provided by our team
Deliver creatives within agreed timelines (typically 2 to 3 day turnaround)
Animation or motion design for simple ad variations
What We're Looking For
Experience designing ads for paid social campaigns
Strong understanding of layout, hooks, and mobile-first design
Ability to iterate quickly and take direction well
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools
Bonus: understanding of Meta ad psychology and performance trends
Comfortable working remotely and communicating via Slack
Work Structure
Ongoing freelance role
Flexible workload depending on client volume
Typically 3 to 12 creatives per client per month
Clear briefs and direction provided by our internal team

If you're comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow, that's a strong plus.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
