About
We're looking for a part-time developer to build the a platform (Web + Mobile) and its backend, with a strong focus on integrations.
Technical Scope:
• Develop a web app (Customer UI + Admin Dashboard) + a mobile app (iOS/Android) or cross-platform (Flutter/React Native).
• Build Backend REST APIs to manage: Users/Roles, Properties/Units, Applications, Viewings, Approvals, Contract Status, Notifications.
• Database: PostgreSQL (preferred) or MySQL + migrations + backups.
• Auth/Security: JWT/OAuth2 + RBAC + logging/auditing + rate limiting.
• Deployment setup: Docker + CI/CD (GitHub Actions) + Staging/Production.
Platform-to-Platform Integration (between two systems):
• Goal: after internal approval, the system triggers a digital contract flow via an integration between two platforms.
• Required: build an Integration Layer that supports:
1. Direct API/Webhooks integration when official access/specs are available.
2. If APIs are not available: a secure handoff flow to complete the contract in the external platform, while keeping full status tracking in Rentech + later status sync when integration points become available.
Preferred Skills:
• Backend: (Nest/Express) or Python (FastAPI/Django) or .NET
• Web:
• Mobile: Flutter or React Native
• Strong experience with integrations/webhooks (WhatsApp Business API is a plus)
