This ideally will be a long-term partnership.
What we're looking for:
We've designed specific AI-enhanced workflows and need an experienced developer to build them out. We know what we want these systems to do and need someone who can build the solutions that combine AI capabilities with our existing tools.
You're welcome to build using whatever platforms work best including n8n, Make, Zapier, custom API integrations, Airtable, Notion, etc. We're open to investing in additional tools if they're the right fit.
We'd like to see:
- Reliable AI workflows that actually work in daily operations
- Smart use of AI to reduce manual work, not just automation for automation's sake
- Clear documentation so we can maintain and iterate
- Systems that integrate smoothly with our current tools
The right fit will have:
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows with APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
- Understanding of when AI adds value vs. when simple automation is better
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Clear, responsive communicator who asks the right questions

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
