Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Pharmacist for a part-time, on-site role at our Courtice, ON location. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert healthcare advice, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient health outcomes, maintaining inventory, and supporting customers with wellness consultations. You will also collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional and professional service to the community.
Qualifications
Pharmacist license in good standing with the licensing authority in Ontario
Demonstrated expertise in dispensing medication, drug therapy management, and providing patient-specific consultations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and healthcare professionals
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing prescriptions and maintaining records
Knowledge of relevant provincial regulations, standards, and privacy laws in healthcare
Proficiency in operating pharmacy software and managing inventory systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Previous experience as a Pharmacist, especially in a retail or community pharmacy setting, is preferred but not mandatory
