About

We're looking for a conversion tracking specialist to audit and set up end-to-end tracking for new clients as they onboard with our agency. Your job is to make sure every meaningful conversion point is tracked accurately across GA4, Google Ads, and Meta (Pixel + CAPI where appropriate), and that reporting is consistent between platforms. This includes reviewing existing implementations, identifying gaps or double-counting, and delivering a clean, reliable measurement foundation we can trust before campaigns scale.
Scope typically includes: GA4 configuration and conversion events, Google Ads conversion actions (primary vs secondary), Meta Pixel events + deduplication, basic tag/container hygiene (GTM or direct installs), cross-domain and referral exclusions when needed, form/phone/email/booking conversions, and validation using platform diagnostics (GA4 DebugView, Tag Assistant, Meta Events Manager, etc.). You should be comfortable working in WordPress/Shopify and common form tools, and able to document what was changed and why.
We're looking for someone who communicates proactively, works fast, and produces a clear handoff (what's set up, what's tested, what still needs access/dev help). Please include 2–3 examples of similar tracking audits you've done (high level is fine), what your standard audit checklist looks like, and whether you prefer to work hourly or on a fixed per-client onboarding package.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
