About
We are looking for a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer to take ownership of the platform as it moves through final testing, production readiness, and ongoing operation.
This is not a build-from-scratch role. The system is largely complete.
Your focus will be:
Final stabilization and testing
Fixes, improvements, and deployment support
Ongoing technical ownership of the platform
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys operating and maintaining real systems, not just building new ones.
Nature of the Role
Primarily task-based work (assigned tasks, fixes, improvements)
Ongoing relationship with flexible workload
Long-term opportunity to act as the technical owner/operator
Tasks will be assigned based on current priorities (stability, fixes, scaling)
Working Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
Real-time collaboration with the team during these hours
Weekend availability when needed for urgent fixes or deployments
What You'll Work On
Final testing and production readiness
Bug fixing and edge case handling
Deployment support and system reliability
Reviewing and refining existing architecture where needed
Ongoing improvements and technical updates
Supporting scaling as usage increases
Compensation & Incentives
Task-based / hourly compensation (based on scope of work)
Performance-based bonuses tied to:
Successful production deployment
System stability and uptime
Growth milestones (e.g., onboarding customers, platform usage)
Required Experience
Strong experience maintaining and stabilizing production systems
Backend and architecture experience or Python preferred)
Experience with debugging, deployments, and issue resolution
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and databases
Ability to take ownership of an existing codebase quickly
Ideal Candidate
