Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and driving revenue growth. This full-time hybrid role is based in Montreal, QC, with the flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, developing strategic plans, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs while exceeding growth objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive research
Ability to leverage data insights and technology solutions to inform business decisions
Proficiency in CRM and other business development tools
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Fluency in both English and French is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in financial services or analytics industries is an asset
