About

We're replacing our current Magento site ) with a modern WordPress lead-generation website focused on acquiring new subscribers for our Z-Cloud cloud communications/VoIP offering. This is not an ecommerce build—the goal is to drive demo requests / contact leads for our sales team.
What we need
- Build a fast, modern WordPress site (mobile-first)
- Lead-gen pages + landing pages (Z-Cloud, industries, comparison pages, pricing as "request a quote")
- Conversion-focused forms (Request Demo / Contact / Quote)
- SEO foundations + performance optimization (Core Web Vitals)
Analytics & tracking setup:
- GA4 + Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel (and Conversion API if possible)
- Basic on-page SEO + schema (where applicable)
- 301 redirect plan from our existing Magento URLs to preserve SEO
Deliverables
- Fully functioning WordPress site, easy for our team to edit
- Clean theme setup (prefer lightweight / performance-friendly approach)
- Documentation for updating pages/forms
- 30 days post-launch support (preferred)
Please include in your proposal
- Links to 3+ WordPress sites you've built (preferably B2B/lead-gen)
- Your recommended approach (theme/framework, page builder or not, performance plan)
- Estimated timeline + fixed price or milestone estimate
- Confirmation you can handle tracking + redirects
Budget
- Open to fixed-price or milestones. We're looking for a reasonably priced expert who communicates well and ships on time.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
