We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Recruitment Lead to join Programmer Force. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, manage hiring strategies, and ensure we attract top talent across global markets. You will lead a team of recruiters and work closely with department heads to fulfill hiring needs for technical, business, sales, marketing, and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets across all departments.
Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles including Developers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR positions.
Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements.
Build sourcing strategies for international markets (Middle East, LATAM, Europe, APAC, US).
Develop and execute recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives.
Conduct screening calls, interviews, and evaluations to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline efficiency.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage ATS, recruitment documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline hiring workflows.
Coordinate onboarding plans with HR to ensure smooth new-hire integration.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead, Senior Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Manager.
Strong background in hiring for tech roles (software engineering, AI/ML, data, cloud, etc.).
Experience managing international hiring projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, job portals, and recruitment tools.
Strong decision-making, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology companies.
Knowledge of global hiring regulations and talent markets.
Team management or mentoring experience.
Employer branding and recruitment marketing skills.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
