We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong Amazon specialism to own and elevate our visual presence on our channels.
While Shopify remains a core channel, Amazon is now a key growth driver for us. This role requirement stems from the shift from a fractional ad hoc resource model to a single key owner. It directly impacts conversion, ranking, and revenue. You will play a hands-on role in improving listing performance, building out new creative frameworks, and shaping the visual language of our upcoming rebrand.
We are specifically looking for someone who has:
Strong experience designing Amazon listing assets that convert (image stacks, A+ content, Brand Store visuals)
A solid understanding of Amazon customer behaviour and creative best practice
Experience working with scaling DTC or consumer brands, ideally in fast-growth environments
A commercial mindset e.g you care about CTR, CVR, and performance, not just aesthetics
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple SKUs and iterations cleanly
Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with strategy and leadership
Bonus points (not mandatory, but nice to have):
Experience supporting a rebrand or brand refresh
Familiarity with Shopify creative requirements and cross-channel consistency
Experience iterating creative based on performance data or testing frameworks
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Designing high-performing Amazon listing image stacks optimised for conversion
Creating A+ Content and Brand Store visuals aligned with brand strategy and guidelines
Working closely with leadership on rebrand creative inception, not just execution
Iterating and improving existing listings based on performance insights
Ensuring visual consistency across Amazon and Shopify where appropriate
Collaborating with marketing and operations on launches, updates, and optimisation cycles
Maintaining organised, scalable creative systems as SKU count grows
You enjoy designing with commercial intent, not just visual flair
You understand Amazon is its own ecosystem, not "Shopify with different dimensions"
You like ownership and accountability
You are calm, structured, and reliable under pressure
You want your work to materially move the needle in a growing company
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
