About
Design and implement the operating systems that allow this law firm to scale without the founder being the daily bottleneck. You own how work flows across the firm and ensure execution happens without constant oversight.
What You Will Own
Workflow Design and Documentation
Document end-to-end processes across intake, litigation, client communication, billing, and marketing. Convert repeat work into clear, enforceable standards. Eliminate single points of failure.
Execution Management
Translate firm initiatives into structured projects with defined owners, deadlines, and completion criteria. Track progress and enforce accountability. Ensure matters move forward without repeated follow-up from leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Manage handoffs between legal, intake, marketing, and billing. Ensure nothing falls between roles. Identify and remove bottlenecks before they impact revenue.
Operational Reporting
Build simple dashboards that replace status meetings. Create visibility into deadlines, workload, and performance metrics. Install escalation protocols so decisions do not stall.
Authority
You may redesign workflows, implement process improvements, enforce documentation standards, and recommend tools within budget. This role carries decision authority over operational structure.
Success Metrics (First 90 Days)
Founder time spent managing internal execution drops materially.
Core revenue workflows are documented.
Deadlines are met without repeated intervention.
Clear accountability standards exist for every role.

Proven record of installing processes that continue functioning without you.
Strong project management and accountability discipline.
