As the brand continues to scale, I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help streamline operations and support growth initiatives.
Some areas I may need assistance with include:
-Content scheduling and platform coordination
-Organizing media libraries and digital assets
-Community engagement support and inbox management
-Tracking analytics and basic reporting
-Light research and administrative tasks
-Workflow organization and documentation
-Coordinating with contractors and collaborators
I'm looking for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving digital environment. Experience with social media tools, content management platforms, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and project management systems would be a big plus.
This is a growing business with significant upward momentum, so I'm seeking someone who is excited about long-term collaboration and scaling alongside a brand. :)
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
