Ensure the continuity of maintenance work and infrastructures, develop sustainable techniques promoting renewable energies and the reduction of environmental impact. Lead the management of technical projects. Main activities: In respect of the environmental impact and sustainable resources: Develop and implement technical projects for infrastructures and civil engineering. Organize the implementation of communal facilities. Participate in construction meetings and ensure proper execution. Establish plans and techniques. Collaborate in waste management. Participate in the annual budget of the technical department. Analyze the department's activities and propose solutions for improvement. Establish calls for tenders, analyze quotes including public procurement procedures. Identify failures in technical components and repair them. Supervise and coordinate the team of caretakers. Oversee external partners, and draft reports to the council and authorities on measures to obtain or improve energy labels and research: Degree X in environmental engineering or complement in project management and an excellent sense of organization; good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specialized software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, ARCGIS, etc.). Professional experience: minimum 5 years in the field and 2 years in environmental and/or civil engineering.
