About
Clear Expectations & Deliverables
Build a complete, launch-ready peptide research e-commerce site on WordPress + WooCommerce in one focused day (or as close as possible). Key deliverables include:
Clean, mobile-responsive homepage with basic branding and trust elements (e.g., disclaimers like "for research use only").
Product catalog setup (5–10 peptide products with variants like vial sizes/strengths, descriptions, images, pricing).
Full WooCommerce functionality: cart, secure checkout, payment gateway integration (crypto optional).
Basic SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, fast-loading pages).
Essential pages: About, FAQ, Privacy Policy, Contact.
Final handover: site live on my hosting, plus a quick video walkthrough or Loom recording showing how everything works.
No ongoing maintenance needed—just a solid one-time build to get me up and running.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in WordPress and WooCommerce (must have built multiple e-commerce stores).
Experience with page builders like Elementor or similar for fast, drag-and-drop design.
Knowledge of best practices: speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, basic security (SSL, etc.), and clean code.
Familiarity with e-commerce niches (supplements, research chemicals, or similar gray-area products is a big plus—happy to discuss discreetly).
Comfortable setting up payments, product variations, and simple custom tweaks without breaking anything.
Portfolio examples of similar WooCommerce shops (even if anonymized) would be great.
Communication Style
Clear, proactive, and straightforward communicator. I value quick responses (within a few hours during work hours), honest updates on progress ("done with products—moving to checkout now"), and asking clarifying questions upfront rather than assuming. English fluency is a must—no need for perfect grammar, just easy to understand.
How I Like to Work
I prefer a collaborative but hands-off style: I'll provide the domain/hosting access, a short product list, any branding ideas, and clear priorities upfront.
Payment: Half upfront to cover setup (via Upwork escrow), half upon delivery and my approval (after a quick test and video walkthrough).
Timeline-focused: I want speed without cutting corners—ideally 8–10 hours total. If issues pop up, flag them early so we can adjust.
Long-term potential: If this goes smoothly, there could be follow-up work (updates, more products, etc.).
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: WooCommerce, WordPress, Web Development, Web Design, Landing Page
