The primary objective of this role is to grow and monetize the different while strengthening strategic partnerships within the crypto industry.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute growth strategies to expand a paid elite trading community
* Identify and secure partnerships with crypto communities, influencers, and industry networks
* Design and optimize acquisition funnels to convert audiences into paid members
* Build and manage affiliate or referral programs
* Collaborate with content teams to improve conversion from social media and video platforms
* Track KPIs related to user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
* Continuously test and improve outreach and scaling strategies
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, growth, or partnerships within crypto, fintech, or trading industries
* Demonstrated ability to grow paid communities or subscription-based services
* Strong understanding of crypto audience behavior and online community dynamics
* Experience with Telegram, Discord, X, or similar platforms
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Data-driven mindset with ability to measure performance
Preferred Qualifications
* Existing network within the crypto or trading space
* Experience with affiliate marketing or performance-based growth
* Familiarity with exchange partnerships
* Advanced understanding of trading concepts
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
