We are a growing digital marketing agency providing complete marketing services, including SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Design & Development.
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive/Client Success Manager to manage client communication, organize project execution, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and our internal team.
This role is perfect for someone who understands digital marketing workflows and can strengthen the agency's communication and delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage day-to-day client communication through email, Zoom, and follow-ups
2.Coordinate tasks between SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Website teams
3.Organize projects and divide tasks based on urgency and business priority
4.Prepare structured client updates, summaries, and progress reports
5.Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time
6.Maintain strong client relationships and improve client satisfaction
7.Track project status and workflows using tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar
8.Help streamline internal processes and improve agency operations
Required Qualifications:
1.Minimum 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar role
2.Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing processes
3.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
4.Strong project management, organization, and client handling ability
5.Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines efficiently
6.Proactive mindset, accountability, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
1.Experience working with healthcare, wellness, or local service businesses
2.Familiarity with CRM and communication tools such as GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Workspace
3.Experience creating structured systems for client reporting and project coordination
