- Empowering Development: Spearhead the creation and provision of intuitive, ready-to-use development kits, enabling internal teams to build and deploy GenAI applications with speed, efficiency, and consistency.
- Seamless Adoption: Design and implement highly effective onboarding processes that ensure a smooth, engaging, and successful adoption experience for new users, maximizing the platform's value from day one.
- Driving Future Innovation: Proactively research, evaluate, and champion the most advanced GenAI features available in the market, ensuring L'Oréal remains at the vanguard of technological trends and maintains its competitive edge.
Required Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you will bring a solid foundation of expertise:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Information Systems Consultant, with proven track record in Artificial Intelligence, particularly within the GenAI domain.
- GCP GenAI Mastery: Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) GenAI services is essential. This includes a robust understanding with tools and concepts such as ADK, Agent Engine, Memory Bank, Session Agent Engine, Evaluation, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG Engine, Vertex AI Search).
- Global Communication: Good English is important for effective collaboration with our international teams, engaging with global advancements, and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative Influence: Strong soft skills, including good communication, interpersonal capabilities, and a genuine team spirit, are crucial for influencing adoption, fostering collaboration, and driving collective success.
