About
I'm looking for a video editor/creator to help produce energetic, high-retention YouTube videos for a channel focused on corporate life, workplace psychology, and modern work culture. I will provide the script and overall creative direction. Your role is to turn the script into a fully finished, ready-to-upload YouTube video.
This is NOT slow, meditation-style content. The videos should feel fast, engaging, and captivating similar to high-retention documentary/business YouTube channels.

What You'll Do:
Turn provided scripts into complete YouTube videos
Source stock footage, images, and b-roll that match the story
Add AI voiceover (or provide voiceover if you offer it)
Add music, sound effects, captions, motion text, and light motion graphics
Create strong visual hooks and pacing to keep viewers engaged
Deliver final video ready for upload
Video Style:
Fast-paced, energetic, high-retention editing
Documentary / storytelling style about work and corporate culture
Strong hooks, pattern interrupts, and engaging visuals
Clean, professional editing (no heavy animation required)
Requirements:
Experience editing YouTube videos with good pacing and storytelling
Ability to source stock footage and visuals
Understanding of YouTube retention and engagement
Reliable communication and on-time delivery
Open to ongoing work if the collaboration goes well
Project Details:
Long-term opportunity (multiple videos per month)
Budget-friendly rates (ideal for newer freelancers building their portfolio)

Looking for someone dependable who can grow with the channel long-term.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
