Blending our deep industry and technology advisory capability, we create innovative business solutions for Fortune 500 clients. And now, we're looking for our next colleague who'll join us in shaping the future of business. Could it be you?
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will make an impact by translating complex business needs into clear, actionable system and functional requirements that drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability. You will be a valued member of the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality solutions.
In this role, you will
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document workflows, process flows, data requirements, and document attributes that support CLM processes.
Apply a range of elicitation techniques to gather requirements and maintain a well‑structured, continuously groomed backlog.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and testing teams, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and data/process flow diagrams.
Develop subject‑matter expertise and an end‑to‑end understanding of CLM processes, including KYC, AML, and regulatory/compliance workflows.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal technology teams to design and build scalable solutions, define integration requirements, maintain data mappings, and support system configuration activities.
Configure or provide clear configuration requirements for implementing data, document, and orchestration needs within Fenergo (FenX).
Participate in or lead User Acceptance Testing, including creating test scripts, coordinating testing activities, and guiding stakeholders through validation.
Investigate defects and change requests, conduct root cause analysis, and partner with teams to identify and implement fixes.
Develop and maintain training materials and support end‑user readiness during system rollouts.
Actively participate in Agile or Waterfall SDLC ceremonies such as grooming, scrums, walkthroughs, and retrospectives.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Strong core Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation, and traceability.
Experience creating BRDs/FRDs/user stories as well as process and data flow diagrams.
Proficiency with Agile BA tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to break down complex requirements, validate with stakeholders, and manage the lifecycle of requirements in the backlog.
Legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
What Will Help You Stand Out
Hands‑on experience with Fenergo (FenX) configurations including policies, product rules, workflows, risk models, and integration points.
Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management processes, including onboarding, KYC, AML, and compliance.
Experience specifying process flows, data mappings, system interactions, and integration requirements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
