About

We are seeking an experienced WordPress expert with strong Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills to design and optimize high-converting landing pages using Elementor. The ideal candidate understands user behavior, visual hierarchy, and persuasive design principles to improve engagement and drive conversions.
Responsibilities
Design and build responsive landing pages using WordPress and Elementor
Optimize layouts, CTA placement, and messaging for improved conversion rates
Conduct CRO audits and implement A/B testing strategies
Improve page speed, mobile usability, and accessibility
Integrate tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, heatmaps) to measure performance
Requirements
Proven experience with WordPress & Elementor page builder
Strong understanding of CRO principles and UX/UI best practices
Experience optimizing landing pages for lead generation or sales
Familiarity with analytics, heatmaps, and testing tools
Ability to create clean, conversion-focused designs with clear visual hierarchy
Preferred
Experience with marketing funnels and paid traffic landing pages
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom adjustments
Portfolio demonstrating measurable conversion improvements
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
