About
Seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Denver, Colorado. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is critical for our Logistics operations, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and shipped in a timely manner. A strong focus on Safety and accuracy is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations based on order tickets.
- Pack picked items securely for shipment.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to overall team efficiency and Logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse picking is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and sustained physical activity, including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse layouts and order picking procedures.
- Understanding of Logistics and the importance of order accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Strong attention to detail and good counting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
