Our St. Louis, Missouri distribution center is seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and damage.
  • Sort and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to specific instructions.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management processes.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and support overall logistics operations.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace safety .
