Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to specific instructions.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management processes.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and support overall logistics operations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace safety .
