Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in St. Louis, Missouri! This role is fundamental to our company's success, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods through our distribution center. You will be responsible for a range of activities, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders with precision, and preparing them for shipment. A strong commitment to Safety is essential, and all team members are expected to rigorously follow safety procedures and utilize the correct PPE. This position requires individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to our fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring high accuracy.
  • Pack orders carefully and securely for shipment, protecting products.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily logistics and operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting (up to 55 lbs).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices and the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
