Join our dynamic fulfillment center in San Jose, California, as a Fulfillment Associate! This critical role supports the efficient processing and timely delivery of customer orders. You will be actively involved in a range of tasks, including receiving and managing incoming inventory, accurately picking items for outgoing orders, carefully packing products, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A robust understanding of Safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory for all team members. This position requires physical dexterity and the ability to handle significant Lifting of packages and merchandise. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Pick items for customer orders using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure product safety and presentation.
- Label and stage orders for shipment, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to established guidelines.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock verification.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and maneuvering of goods (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to perform repetitive Lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Dedication to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
